Section 18 of O. Reg. 278/05 is the only place clearance air testing appears, and it applies to Type 3 work. With the PCM method the area passes only if every air sample has a concentration of fibres that does not exceed 0.01 fibres per cubic centimetre of air. We found no clearance test in the Type 1 and Type 2 sections; you can ask for one in the quote.
